Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients for Hot Artichoke Dip:
• 1 15-ounce can Artichokes chopped
• 1 large Garlic Clove
• 1 tablespoon chopped pickled jalapeno peppers
• 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
• ½ cup Sour Cream
• 1 package Philadelphia 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese
• Paprika
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a bowl, combine the artichokes, garlic, jalapeno, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and process until creamy.
3. Spoon dip into a small casserole, sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and set on cooling rack. Serve warm.
4. You can also top with slithered toasted Almonds.
