Keeping up with your kids

However, what happens when they come home and ask you to help? Now remember, you’re not 6, 8, 10, 12 or 15 anymore. Your body has changed a great deal over the years and keeping up with your child may not be as easy as it once was.

If your child wants you to pass the football along, run a couple miles, help with his or her swim stroke, help with that great soccer shot or play some basketball, football, lacrosse or anything else, would you be able to keep up?

I’m guessing you want to keep up with your child. You want them to think you’re cool and in shape and able to help them.
