Packet pickup
On-site pickup is $20, cash or Venmo. That fee is confirmed. The 2027 dates, hours, and places are not. Do not use the 2026 cash-only line or a $25 line.
2026 archive, tentative: Monday, May 11 at Porters Cove during Open Water Swim; Tuesday, May 12 at Pro Bike + Run in North Park; Thursday, May 14 at Public Lands in Cranberry; plus race-morning pickup at the park. Youth pickup that year was described as free. Whether youth pickup stays free in 2027 is not confirmed.
Schedule
The 2027 start times are not posted. The 2026 schedule (May 16–17, including a 5:15 a.m. transition open) is inside the archived guide. One 2026 block printed ZIP 16501. Use 16051 for Portersville.
Venue and parking
Adult races have used Lakeview Beach, North Shore. Youth races have used Pleasant Valley Beach, South Shore. Parking instructions for 2027 are not posted. The volunteer page has a parking heading with no details.
What to bring
Bring a wetsuit even though it is not required. Also bring photo ID and proof of USA Triathlon membership if you pick up a packet. A parent or guardian may pick up for a child under 18. Race rules: USA Triathlon rules.

Fairfield Inn Slippery Rock, Applebutter Inn Slippery Rock, and Home2 Suites Cranberry. No rates or group codes are offered here.
Awards
Awards are picked up on race day if you place. They are not mailed.
