A Summer That Builds Strong, Confident Kids

TRIATHLON • CROSS COUNTRY • OBSTACLE COURSE CAMPS

Ages 4+ (grouped by age and ability)

Give your child a summer filled with movement, skill-building, and real-world confidence.

Our youth camps combine swimming, biking, running, outdoor games, and team challenges in a structured, coach-led environment designed to help kids grow — without pressure or intimidation.

Whether your child is brand new to swim, bike, and run or already active in sports, we meet them where they are with age-appropriate coaching, progressive skill development, and a focus on building both confidence and athletic ability.

Summer Camps

Before You Register — What Parents Should Know

  • No experience required
Many kids join with little or no background in swimming, biking, or running. We meet each child where they are and focus on building skills in a fun, supportive way.

  • This is NOT an intense or elite-only program
While we do offer advanced training, our summer camps are designed for all ability levels — from beginners to more experienced athletes.

  • Kids are introduced to swim, bike, and run in a fun, low-pressure environment
The focus is on confidence, movement, and learning — not competition.

  • Activities go beyond triathlon
Camp days include games, hiking, playground time, and team challenges to keep things engaging and well-rounded.

  • We group kids by age and ability
This ensures every child feels comfortable, supported, and appropriately challenged.

What a Typical Camp Day Looks Like

  • Warm-up and group games

  • Skill-building (swim, bike, run, or obstacle course)

  • Snack/lunch break

  • Outdoor play (hiking, playground, team challenges)

  • Cool-down and wrap-up

USA Triathlon Membership (Required)

  • A youth membership is required for insurance coverage

  • Most families choose the $10 Youth Digital option

  • This does NOT mean your child needs to compete in triathlon
