You want to practice before your first triathlon

What you’ll actually do
Practice swimming in open water
Learn how to sight and stay on course
Get comfortable starting and stopping
Learn how to manage nerves in the water
Ask questions and get real guidance
You’re not doing this alone
Lifeguards and safety support are always present
Coaches are in the water and on shore
You can stay close to shore if needed
You are never required to go beyond your comfort level
Before you come
ll participants must sign waivers for Get Fit Families and USA Triathlon
A USA Triathlon membership is required for insurance

Head east on Portersville Rd.
Take an immediate LEFT onto Bader Hill Rd. all the way down to the cove.
It turns into a dirt road the closer you get to the cove.
