Practice in a calm, supported environment so race day isn’t your first time.

What this is (and what it isn’t)

  • This is not a race

  • There’s no pressure to perform

  • You can go at your own pace

  • You can stop, reset, and try again

This is where you figure it out BEFORE RACE DAY.

This is for you if…

  • You’re unsure about open water swimming

  • You’ve never swum outside a pool

  • You’re worried about race day

  • You want to practice before your first triathlon

  • You want to feel more confident in the water

What you’ll actually do

  • Practice swimming in open water

  • Learn how to sight and stay on course

  • Get comfortable starting and stopping

  • Learn how to manage nerves in the water

  • Ask questions and get real guidance

You’re not doing this alone

  • Lifeguards and safety support are always present

  • Coaches are in the water and on shore

  • You can stay close to shore if needed

  • You are never required to go beyond your comfort level

  • Adult Full Summer Package
    (includes Swim to Bridge event): $133

  • Youth Full Summer Package: $57

  • 12 Swim Package: $96

  • 10 Swim Package: $90

  • 5 Swim Package: $55

  • 1 Adult Swim: $12

  • 1 Youth Swim: $5
    (Youth = 18 and under)

Pricing:

Most swimmers choose a package after their first session.

Location:

  • From I-79, take the Portersville exit.

  • Head east on Portersville Rd.

  • Take an immediate LEFT onto Bader Hill Rd. all the way down to the cove.

  • It turns into a dirt road the closer you get to the cove.

  • As far as you’d like
